KUMAFIT Bootcamp Sessions have been successfully running since the gym's inception.

Varied and challenging, you complete a new workout each day, with our coaches progressively improving your fitness levels every session.

We work together with you to build a solid foundation of strength that can be applicable to all forms of training, and the improved conditioning levels you will experience will be evident in your performance in both the Bootcamp sessions and in everyday life.

Exercises are tailored for all fitness levels, so everyone is welcome to join.
